I am totally in love with this dress. Girly but current.

These last 3 photos are from the Hermes spring campaign. I love their modern take on fairy tales. The first could be Princess and the Pea/Rapunzel, then the Little Mermaid and Cinderella. BTW, I love Cinderella's shoes.

As much as I love black and as much as I love the recent tough and menswear trends, I have to admit I am a girly girl at heart. That is why I got super excited when I saw some of the Spring 2010 collections. From the prints to the cuts, girly girls are back in style. I can't wait to break out some old summer dresses and add some new flowery frocks to my closet!

My heart has been broken. I finally convinced myself to buy the Vera Wang wedges from a few posts ago (2nd photo from "coming soon...") off of Saks.com, which was the only place I could find them. When I got them yesterday they were wayyyy too small and Saks doesn't have another size that would come close to fitting. The D&G wedges from above are just as (or more!) awesome but they are nowhere to be found. I can't find a replacement shoe at all similar to either of these styles. I'm in a deep depression.

Happy New Year!! I know this is uber late, but I took last week off from everything and just relaxed at my parents'. It was great having people around to help me out with being a new mom (fyi I got a pug puppy a few weeks ago - not a human baby!)

Anyway, I know I always blog about what I want and never what I have but I promise as soon as I get a camera that isn't broken my focus will change slightly. On that note, I am super jealous of Karla of KARLA'S CLOSET who recieved my favorite shoes of the moment as a Christmas gift. The second image, was borrowed from Because I'm Addicted. The jacket in that picture is absolutely stunning.
